  • Hematologist/Oncologist will beresponsible for assisting in the coordination of pediatric clinicalresearch studies.
  • The job includes screeningpatients for study eligibility, scheduling research visits/followup, tracking/auditing consent forms and study-related documents,collecting data and submitting to appropriate organizations,processing/packaging of lab specimens, maintaining the inventory ofresearch supplies, creating electronic research charts, schedulesite monitor visits and meeting rooms asneeded.
  • This is a fast-paced workingenvironment involving time-sensitive specimens and hard deadlinesfor data submissions.
  • A high level oforganization with an attention to detail and the ability to managemultiple responsibilities is required.
  • Thisposition will work with multiple departments and must maintain ahigh level of professionalism and a continuous process improvementmindset.

Requirements

  • Requirements Associate orBachelor's degree is required.
  • 1-3years of research or relevant experiencepreferred.
  • Experience working withchildren.
  • Experience with data entry andstatistical analysis.
