Role Description

This is a full-time in-studio role for a BIM Technician located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The BIM Technician will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate MEP integration, generating construction drawings, and optimizing building services based on structural engineering requirements.

Qualifications

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
  • Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge
  • Experience in creating accurate construction drawings
  • Familiarity with building services and structural engineering principles
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
