Provides expertiseand support the development maintaining and implementation ofHealth Safety Sustainability and Environment (HSSE) Requirements.Ensures that HSSE system meet the applicable ADNOC HSSE Requirementasapplicable.

Planand monitor implementation of HSSE system in all areas of companyoperations follow up on corrective actions by respective areaowners to ensure timely closure and acts as a driving force forimplementation of continuous improvement process in the area ofHSSE.

Compliancechecks & monitor the implementation of ADNOC HSSEManagement framework at ADNOC City Gas sites in compliance withADNOC HSSE standards and international industry HSSE bestpractices. To provide expert advice and assistance on HSSEaspects.



Requirements
  • 8 years of experienceincluding at least 5 years in HSSE in oil & gas orpetrochemicalindustry.
  • Knowledge related with relevant HSSEpolicies procedures & controls and applicable legislationand sustainability guidelines in line with international standardsbest practices and ADNOC HSEStandard.
  • Knowledge of HSE Management Systemrelated of O&GIndustry
  • Good knowledge of international standardse.g. API ASME NFPA ANSI and IGEM Standards relevant toHSE.
  • Exposure HSSE Studies includes HAZOPHAZID QRA HSSEIA and other compliance related studies.
  • Experience of undertaking Audits toInternational and localstandards




Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors andauxiliaries including associated international codes such as APIand ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatorycompliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonalskills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional CertificationsCertified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance& Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the AmericanNational Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineeraccording to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II(Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube AnalysisCertification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA)(Category III preferred).
