Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Engineer based in Dubai. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing efficient processes, controlling and optimizing existing processes, and applying analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve process-related issues. This role involves working closely with the engineering team to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years in process engineering, preferably in production and R&D environments.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and product scaling.
- Proficiency in process design, testing, AutoCAD/ERP systems, and regulatory compliance (ISO).
- Process Design and Process Control skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Engineering expertise.
- Knowledge of Chemical Engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the air-freshening or related industry is a plus.
