Cosa farai in Imagicle

  1. Fornire supporto tecnico di alta qualità per le nostre applicazioni seguendo l'orario della West Coast americana.
  2. Gestire e risolvere problemi tecnici e collaborare con il nostro team di R&D per risolvere problemi più avanzati quando necessario.
  3. Documentare i passaggi per la risoluzione dei problemi.
  4. Partecipare al supporto e alla formazione dei clienti.

Cosa devi avere/conoscere

  1. Passione per l'informatica.
  2. Propensione al lavoro di gruppo.
  3. Orientamento al cliente.
  4. Ottime capacità di problem solving.
  5. Buona conoscenza di networking e troubleshooting.
  6. Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (liv. B2 o superiore).

Ed è meglio se…

  1. Conosci il VoIP ed i PBX Cisco, Microsoft Avaya o Asterisk.
  2. Sai lavorare con Windows Server e piattaforme di virtualizzazione.
  3. La conoscenza della lingua spagnola sarà considerata un plus.
