JobDescription


  • Facilitate and present small and large scale activitiesindependently or with other Resort Activities Animators as neededin an adult environment

  • Assist in the setup for all facilitated activities and executeduties related to the activities and completion of programs beforeduring and after the facilities open / activityends.

  • Interact with andsupervise all adults participating in activities programs byproviding a safe environment for all ages to enjoythemselves

  • Contribute newactivity ideas and assist in the future development of ResortActivities as well as otherprograms

  • Carry out allother tasks as assigned by the Entertainment Manager or ExecutiveTeam

  • Other duties asassigned


Qualifications


  • Current Standard First Aid withCPR

  • Minimum 1 year recentexperience working in a highvolume fastpaced recreationalenvironment with adults.

  • Positive outgoing and professionalattitude.

  • Strongcommunication skills additional foreign language is anasset(Russian).

  • Ability towork well under pressure in a fastpacedenvironment.

  • Flexible andgood Team Spirit.

  • Previousexperience facilitating / hosting many types of games craftsactivities interactive programmingetc.

  • Must be physically fitand able to run all activities in any weather including walkingplaying sports and watersports.
