Werelooking for a candidate with strong experience in User ExperienceResearch Product and Brand Design with a global focus. The teamwill be building additional capabilities in areas including branddesign industrial design motion design data visualisation anddesign operations. The successful person is fundamental to drivingand overseeing product design within the company design strategyand operations to achieve the wider vision of the business atlarge.

Were looking for an outstanding SeniorProduct Designer who wants to transition into a Head of ProductDesign role within a fast paced company and build a worldclassproduct design function for the best fintech products on themarket.

Responsibilities

  • Executeacross all phases of design work: participate in research defineconceptual foundation for design solutions execute excellent UXflows apply visual design systems prototype using a variety oftools and methods create production ready designs participate orconduct usability testing and support multidisciplinary teamsduring implementation
  • You work independentlyon a complex set of features collaborate with product managementand engineering to arrive at optimal solutions and coordinateacross teams to create a holistic merchant experience
  • You proactively engage with peers and users toget feedback and optimise the end2end customer journey
  • You contribute bestofclass design componentsand UX patterns and commit to upholding the highest standards and ashared vision
  • Your design process follows ahumancentred approach and you apply both qualitative andquantitative research methodologies to validate your solutions
  • Your excellent presentation and stakeholdermanagement skills will help you communicate the value of design anddesign rational across the whole company

Qualifications

  • BAor MA in Design or related fields or complementary studies withdeep work experience in product design
  • > 6 years of experience as a UX& UI Designer with deep expertise in one and strong skillsin the other
  • You know the common design toolsand services
  • You have designed and shippedcomplex web and mobile applications across the entire productdevelopment cycle
  • You contribute bestofclassdesign components and UX patterns to the global design system andcommit to upholding the highest standards and a shared vision
  • You have experience in working in an agileenvironment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing productpriorities
  • Experience in applying ServiceDesign process methods and principles is a plus

  • Excellent English skills bothverbal and written
