About the Role

The firm is expanding its presence across the GCC region This Investment Analyst role in Dubai sits inside a senior team and owns underwriting financial modelling and due diligence on live acquisitions across the Middle East The role

• Evaluate potential warehouse and logistics real estate investment opportunities across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
• Build and maintain financial models cash flows returns financing exit scenarios
• Run sensitivity and scenario analysis on pricing and risk assumptions
• Lead comparable transaction analysis and asset-level market research
• Support financial commercial and operational due diligence on deals
• Draft investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and investment committees
• Work directly with investment development asset management finance and legal teams

What you'll bring

• 5 10 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, development investment or a closely related investment function.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, industrial or other commercial real estate would be highly advantageous.
• Strong Excel-based financial modelling: DCF, sensitivity and scenario analysis
• GCC or wider Middle East real estate transaction experience
• Fluent in Arabic is an advantage
• Experience preparing investment memoranda and supporting deal execution
• Proven experience supporting due diligence and transaction execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business or a quantitative field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Based in the UAE
