Description:

ThisProcess Technician will be supporting different tools to runprocesses as directed by the engineers.

Thesuccessful process technician will work closely with engineers todrive scientific advancement in thin film deposition and metrologydevelopment. Specific roles and expectations willinclude:

  • Performs wet etchstudies on ALD materials using existing procedures. Comfortablewith wet chemistry and working with acids. Submits metrologyrequests and returns wafers for full service metrology formeasurements.
  • Function as an independentcontributor within a highly collaborativeatmosphere.
  • Assist with planning laboratoryexperiments, confirm process feasibility, and recommendnext-steps.
  • Maintains general safety, andclean-room protocols

Skills &Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a highschool degree with some level of higher education (scientificand/or engineering disciplines preferred)
  • Thesuccessful candidate will work in a team environment to carry outmodule development, sustain routine operations, and qualify newequipment.
  • Experience insemiconductor/cleanroom environment
  • Ability toread and/or edit recipes
  • Good experience withMS Office
  • Good written and oral communicationSkills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot basicproblems and address root causes
  • Proven abilityto properly use common hand tools
  • Demonstratedtime management and prioritizationskills
  • Proven ability inmulti-tasking
  • Proven ability to followprocedures and work with minimalsupervision
  • Flexible with the working hours andto cross-train across different equipment.
