Job Code: JPC-5613 Location: Abu Dhabi Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Temporary Job function: Business Development and Sales Industries: Human Resources Services Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle using ATS, job boards, and social media. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define selection criteria. Source candidates through online networks and external recruitment agencies. Create job descriptions and interview questions based on role requirements. Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews. Review CVs, portfolios, and reference checks. Support job fairs and recruitment events to build a candidate pipeline. Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation. Implement recruitment policies and benchmarking standards. Manage candidate pools and maintain long-term candidate relationships. Process hiring paperwork and prepare recruitment reports. Represent the organization at internal and external recruitment events. Recommend improvements for talent acquisition processes. Handle additional duties as assigned. Key Competencies Talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting Knowledge of social media, CV databases, and professional networks ATS proficiency (Oracle) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and prioritization abilities Problem‑solving and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office Ability to represent the organization professionally Multi‑tasking and attention to detail Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
