Are you an affiliate marketing leader with a proven track record in FinTech, trading, or FX ? This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a global affiliate programme from the ground up with a fast-growing international business. The role is based in Dubai . For those already in the UAE, fantastic. For those not currently based in Dubai, the company will provide full visa sponsorship and support with all required paperwork . What you’ll be doing: Designing and launching a best-in-class global affiliate programme Driving affiliate partner acquisition , bringing on top-performing affiliates from strategic regions worldwide Negotiating competitive deals and commission structures to maximise revenue impact Monitoring and optimising affiliate performance using data and analytics Collaborating with compliance, product, and tech to ensure seamless programme integration Providing insightful reporting on growth, ROI, and performance to senior stakeholders Identifying new opportunities and innovative ways to scale the affiliate channel What we’re looking for: 5+ years’ experience in affiliate programme management, within FX, CFDs, or financial services Proven success in scaling affiliate programmes and hitting ambitious KPIs Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Expertise with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, Cellxpert) and analytics tools Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in financial services Bonus: an existing network of affiliates or IBs, multilingual capability, and experience running multi-regional campaigns Shape and lead the global affiliate marketing strategy in a high-growth FinTech business Visa sponsorship and full paperwork support for those requiring it This is a chance to take ownership of a key revenue channel and make a lasting impact on the growth trajectory of a global FinTech player. #J-18808-Ljbffr
