Key Responsibilities Regulatory Reporting (CBUAE)Prepare, review, and submit all CBUAE regulatory returns, e-forms, investment risk reports, and statutory submissions accurately and within regulatory deadlines. Establish and maintain strong controls, documentation, and change‑management processes for regulatory reporting. Act as a key point of contact with CBUAE, responding to regulatory queries and follow‑ups. Financial Planning, Budgeting & ForecastingLead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Drive annual budgeting, reforecasting, and rolling forecasts covering P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, and solvency. Ensure alignment of financial plans with business strategy and regulatory expectations. Management & Board ReportingMonitor financial performance against KPIs and business objectives. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, Board packs, and variance analysis, providing clear insights and recommendations. Financial Modelling & Decision SupportDevelop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
