JobDescription: We are seeking a highly skilled StructuralDesign Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Design Engineeryou will be responsible for designing analyzing and constructingstructural elements of buildings and other structures. Your primaryfocus will be on developing structural plans specifications andcalculations while ensuring adherence to industry standards andregulations. Additionally you will review shop drawings to ensureaccuracy and compliance with project requirements. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in STAAD PRO and possessextensive knowledge of steelstructures.


Requirements

MainResponsibilities:

  • Designanalyze and construct structural elements of buildings and otherstructures.
  • Developdetailed structural plans specifications and calculations usingengineering software such as STAADPRO.
  • Collaboratewith architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensurestructural designs meet project requirements andspecifications.
  • Reviewshop drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with design plansandspecifications.
  • Conductsite visits and inspections to assess structural integrity andresolve any design or constructionissues.
  • Stayupdated on industry trends best practices and regulatoryrequirements related to structuralengineering.
  • Providetechnical support and guidance to project teams asneeded.
  • Ensureall work is completed within budget and projecttimelines.

EssentialQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Masters degreepreferred.
  • ProfessionalEngineering (PE) license is highlydesirable.
  • Minimum5 years of experience in structural design and analysis with afocus on steelstructures.
  • Extensiveproficiency in engineering software particularly STAADPRO.
  • Strongunderstanding of building codes standards andregulations.
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalabilities.
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Priorexperience working in the UAE isrequired.
