Technical Architect - Interior Design and Fit-Out Field

Horton Interiors is hiring a talented Technical Architect

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, conducting site surveys, and ensuring design accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in technical drawing software (such as AutoCAD and Revit), a keen eye for detail, and experience in the technical side of the interior design and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project documents to identify discrepancies and provide technical solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate measurements.
  • Create and update technical drawings using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Design Manager and draftsmen to ensure design accuracy.
  • Submit drawings for authority approval and adjust based on feedback.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure clear understanding of designs and technical details.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the interior design and fit-out industry (UAE experience is Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and technical drawing skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
