You will work directly inside client organisations, operating alongside founders and executive leadership teams.Clients typically have customer data and CRM tools in place but lack the leadership, structure, or execution capability to convert them into measurable commercial outcomes. Your mandate is to design, build, and activate CRM and loyalty capability where it is underdeveloped or missing.This role carries real authority and influence over how clients drive organic growth through customer data.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the senior, embedded CRM & loyalty lead within client organisationsWorking with businesses that hold customer data but lack structure, governance, or executionDesigning and implementing CRM and loyalty strategies that drive retention, frequency, and lifetime valueBuilding customer segmentations, lifecycle, and loyalty frameworks aligned to commercial goalsTranslating customer insight into measurable revenue and margin outcomesPartnering closely with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teamsEngaging cross functionally (especially with operations and commercial teams) and lead effective and rapid CRM and Loyalty integration in the widest business operating modelWorking across systems, data, and internal teams to embed sustainable, long-term CRM capabilityWhat ELEVION Is Looking For15+ years’ experience in CRM, loyalty, or customer data leadership rolesRetail and Direct to Consumer experience essentialAdditional experience across hotels, airlines, and hospitality or delivery aggregators strongly preferredExperience with partnership management and customer data monetization is a plus.Proven hands-on delivery experience in complex consumer environmentsExperience operating in fractional, embedded, portfolio, or advisory-style rolesStrong commercial mindset with the ability to clearly link CRM activity to revenue growthMust already be based in the UAE — specifically Dubai or Abu DhabiPlatform & SkillsetHands-on experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms (such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Emarsys, CleverTap, or similar) and with Loyalty platform at enterprise and SME level (such as Comarch, Talon, Session M, Capillary Tec, Zinrelo , LoyaltyLion etc).Platform knowledge is important, but the ability to design strategy, lead execution, and embed capability matters more than any single system.A strong understanding of customer data models, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and CRM activation is essential.Why This OpportunitySenior, high-impact client mandates without full-time commitmentDirect access to founders and executive leadership teamsBacked by James Caan CBE and Hamilton BradshawOpportunity to shape CRM capability where it genuinely drives commercial valuePart of a growing, high-calibre fractional leadership networkIf you are a senior CRM and loyalty leader who enjoys working hands-on inside businesses and applying your expertise across multiple consumer brands, ELEVION would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
