This role is pivotal in driving successful delivery and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Detailed Job Description As a Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution within the PMO framework, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks throughout the transformation lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecom projects in a dynamic environment, offering exposure to large-scale IT initiatives and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT BSS Transformation projects from initiation to closure. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to PMO standards. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Required Qualifications & Skills 7–9 years of relevant experience in PMO and project management. Proven expertise in IT BSS Transformation projects within telecom. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems. Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in Middle East telecom projects.
