Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social MediaExecutive to manage and grow our social media presence across variousplatforms. The ideal candidate should be up-to-date with the latest socialmedia trends, have a strong eye for engaging content, and be capable of increasing brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across allsocial media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor trends, reels, and social media algorithms to adapt content strategy accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and buildcommunity presence online.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and contentteams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, andcompetitor activity.
- Manage paid social media campaigns when required (incollaboration with digital team or agency).
- Support event and campaign coverage in real-time viastories, lives, and posts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications,or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms andcontent trends.
- Proven experience in creating and editing InstagramReels.
- Excellent communication skills and attention todetail.
- Basic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva,CapCut, Adobe suite) are a plus.
- Experience in contentcalendars and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.).
