IT Manager

• Ensure consistently strongoperational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users,minimizing any system outages
• Supervise the ITDepartment on a daily basis
• Maintain excellentproduct knowledge and apply it to deliver full systembenefits
• Understand, fully, the legalrequirements on IT governance andsecurity
• Handle, efficiently and completely, ITissues that arise
• Identify current and futuresystem needs and provide solutions for the identifiedneeds
• Build strong internal workingrelationships with all hotel Departments

IT Managers serving Hiltonbrands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working withother Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you shouldmaintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values thatfollow:

• Previous ITmanagement experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/orservice sector
• Experience of all Microsoftsystems
• Experience of hotel applications, suchas Fidelio and Micros, preferred
• Excellentorganizational and interpersonal skills
• Currenttechnical skills and knowledge oftechnology
• General understanding of ITinfrastructure trends and technologies, including networks,databases, business applications, and developmentmethodology
• Ability to plan ahead and developcontingency plans, wherenecessary
