• Medical degree and valid license topractice as a NeonatologistSpecialist/Consultant
• Proven experience indiagnosing and treating medical conditions in newborninfants
• Specialized knowledge and expertise inproviding care in neonatal intensive care units(NICUs)
• Strong understanding of neonatologyprinciples, practices, and treatmentoptions
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively interact with newborn infants,families, and healthcareprofessionals
• Detail-oriented mindset with theability to manage and prioritize multiplecases
• Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively as part of a healthcareteam
• Strong problem-solving andcritical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues innewborns
• Certification or fellowship trainingin Neonatology
• Experience working in a neonatalintensive care unit (NICU)
• Knowledge ofadvanced neonatal resuscitation techniques andprocedures
• Ability to effectively lead andsupervise a neonatal care team
