DWF Labs is the new generation Web3 investor and market maker, one of the world's largest high-frequency cryptocurrency trading entities, which trades spot and derivatives markets on over 60 top exchanges.

We are seeking a Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, brand positioning, and digital media trends, with a passion for creating visually compelling content across multiple platforms. The role will involve working on a variety of design projects, including branding, digital assets, social media content, marketing materials, and website design. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of DWF Labs and its projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design : Develop visually appealing digital assets for social media, presentations, website content, and promotional materials aligned with the DWF Labs brand.
  2. Motion Graphics Design : Develop engaging motion graphics to enhance brand storytelling and digital content for online and offline use.
  3. Branding : Assist in maintaining DWF Labs' visual identity across all touchpoints to ensure consistency and quality.
  4. UI/UX Design : Collaborate with product and development teams to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  5. Social Media Content Creation : Design engaging content for social media channels, such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
  6. Marketing Campaigns : Work with the marketing team to design banners, advertisements, and promotional material for online and offline campaigns.
  7. Presentation Design : Create high-quality presentations, templates, and pitch decks for investor relations and internal use.
  8. Collaborate : Work closely with other departments, such as the marketing, product, and development teams, to deliver cohesive and effective designs.
  9. Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest design trends and tools, and ensure that DWF Labs remains at the forefront of industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field. Experience in the Web3 or fintech industry is a plus.
  2. Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different media.
  3. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma and relevant design tools.
  4. Web Design : Familiarity with web design principles, responsive design, and front-end development basics.
  5. Creativity : A creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and execute innovative design ideas.
  6. Attention to Detail : Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  7. Collaboration : Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  8. Problem-Solving : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.
  2. Experience designing for international markets, particularly in the MENA or APAC regions.
