The Role
We are seeking a dynamic andcreative Marketing Specialist to join our team at Grass it Up anoutdoor furniture company. As our Marketing Specialist youll play acrucial role in enhancing our brand presence engaging withcustomers and driving sales growth. This is a multifaceted positionthat requires a proactive approach excellent communication skillsand a passion for marketing. Responsibilities: Social MediaManagement: Create and curate compelling content for our socialmedia platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc.). Monitor socialmedia channels respond to inquiries and foster communityengagement. Capture highquality photos and videos to showcase ourproducts and brand. Event Organization: Plan and executepromotional events product launches and collaborations. Identifyopportunities for participation in relevant industry events andtrade shows. Website Management: Maintain and update our companywebsite ensuring it reflects our brand identity and productofferings. Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaignsaligned with business goals. Analyze market trends customerbehavior and competitor activities to identify growthopportunities. Sales Enhancement: Collaborate with the sales teamto create targeted campaigns that drive leads and conversions.Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree inMarketing Business or a related field. Proven experience in socialmedia management event planning and website administration.Proficiency in photography and basic graphic design. Stronganalytical skills and datadriven decisionmaking. Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills. Creative mindset and ability tothink outside the box. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketingautomation platforms. Additional Skills (Desirable): Experiencewith influencer marketing and affiliate programs. Knowledge ofoutdoor furniture industry trends.
