The Teller Iprovides legendary Customer Service while processing Customertransactions face-to-face for a variety of routine to more complexfinancial transactions.

Depth& Scope

• Consistently executes appropriatebehaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience in theStore
• Conducts needs-based conversations andoffers financial solutions to meet our Customers'needs
• Makes quality referrals to appropriatepartners
• Responsible for meeting individualperformance metrics
• Responsible for makingsound decisions and timely problemresolution
• Resolves problems independently,escalating more difficult issues tomanagement
• Processes Teller transactions forCustomers including servicing Customer accounts, accepting loanpayments, accepting safe deposit box payments, processing sales ofgift cards, cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cashdrawer, and night deposits
• Balances AutomatedTeller machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ TellerCash Recyclers (TCRs) as necessary
• Adheres tosafe deposit box procedures/operations andguidelines
• Services both lobby and drive-thruCustomers
• Responsible and accountable for cashdrawers and vaults including maintaining appropriate cash limitsand securing cash at all times
• Accountable forensuring confidential customer information is securely storedthroughout the day
• Understands the importanceof and follows Dual Control
• Ensures compliancewith all regulations, policies and procedures such as Bank SecrecyAct and Patriot Act
• Expected to complete allrequired in-classroom training and on-line training by establisheddue dates
• Follows all security and auditmeasures to minimize potential loss
  

Education &Experience

• High school diploma orGED
• 6 months+ related experiencepreferred
• Superior Customer Serviceskills
