Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Piping Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team for major EPC oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will lead piping design activities, oversee engineering deliverables, and ensure project execution meets the highest technical standards. Your Role As Lead Piping Engineer, you will: Responsibilities Lead and manage piping engineering activities throughout all project phases (FEED, detailed engineering, EPC). Prepare and review piping design, layouts, 3D models, material specifications, isometrics, and MTOs. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coordination to the piping engineering team. Review vendor documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications and international codes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, civil, structural, project management). Interface with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues. Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with project objectives. Support construction and commissioning teams, including responding to site queries. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 15 years of proven experience in Piping Engineering within Oil and Gas EPC projects Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Expertise : Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ANSI, and international piping standards. Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (e.g., PDMS, E3D, PDS, AutoPlant). Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces.
