Our clienta leading healthcare provider based in Dubai UAE is looking for aConsultant Plastic Surgeon Reconstructive and Flap Surgery.


Inthis role you will have the followingresponsibilities:

ClinicalCare

oProvideexpert surgical care for patients requiring reconstructivemicrosurgery and flap surgeryprocedures.
oPerformcomplex reconstructive surgeries including free tissue transfersflaps and other advancedtechniques.
oManagepreoperative and postoperative care ensuring optimal patientoutcomes.
oCollaboratewith other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensivecare.

SurgicalTraining andEducation:

oParticipatein the training and education of residents fellows and otherhealthcareprofessionals.
oMentorand supervise junior staff in the acquisition of surgicalskills.
oContributeto the development of surgical protocols andguidelines.
Researchand AcademicActivities:

oEngagein research projects related to reconstructive microsurgery andflapsurgery.
oPublishresearch findings in peerreviewedjournals.
oPresentat national and internationalconferences.
oContributeto the advancement of the field through academicpursuits.

LeadershipandAdministration:

oParticipatein departmental and organizational leadershipactivities.
oContributeto strategic planning and decisionmakingprocesses.
oServeon committees and boards asneeded.

Requirements

Tobe considered for this role you need to meet the followingcriteria:

  • Shouldhave Reconstructive & Flap SurgeryExperience.
  • Shouldhave experience in Aesthetics andReconstructive.
  • Shouldhave at least 3 years of postboard certificationexperience
  • Shouldhave any of the followingqualifications: CCTor CCST or CSCST FRACP American board Australian board Canadianboard German Board French board Swedish board TIER 1 as per the UAEPQR.
  • Provenexpertise in reconstructive microsurgery and flapsurgery.
  • Experiencein a UK or Canadian healthcare settingpreferred.
  • Experiencein Academicactivities.
