Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer will provide expert technicalassistance to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to(product/services). The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills,problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex informationto clients clearly. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys technicalproblem-solving in a client-facing capacity. Location:Riyadh, KSA Responsibilities Provideadvanced troubleshooting and support to customers for (product/services).Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote access tools Actas the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring clientsreceive timely and effective solutions Accuratelylog customer issues and resolutions Assistwith product setup, installation, and configuration for customers Guideclients on system usage, features, and best practices Workclosely with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues and relayproduct feedback Monitorclient systems for potential issues and perform proactive system maintenance toavoid downtime Key Requirements 3+years of experience in technical support Proficiencyin troubleshooting hardware/software issues, operating systems, networkconfigurations, and device setups Experiencewith databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS, Azure,Google Cloud) Knowledgeof networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN) and remote troubleshootingtools (TeamViewer, Remote Desktop) Strongcommunication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technicalclients Experiencewith CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
