  • Provide a positive role inpromoting good HSE culture
  • Evaluation of safetyhazards and preparation of riskassessments.
  • Review and approvePre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities at Yard andOffshore locations.
  • Review and approvediscipline status indices by system.
  • Assistplanning Engineer to establish commissioning network, priorities,durations and look ahead schedules.
  • Provideassistance to preservation maintenanceteam.
  • Review operating philosophies &operator guides.
  • Review Commissioning &start up spares including Vendor spare parts and consumablelist.
  • Review of materials, tools & testequipment required for commissioning.
  • Reviewthe HSSE requirements of all specialistequipment/fluids.
  • Review vendor packages forcompliance with specifications witness factory acceptance tests andOperational Tests.
  • Identification of temporaryequipment required for commissioning of the facility Assist EPCcontractor & monitor execution of work to achievemechanical completion.
  • Acceptance ofMechanically Complete sub-systems from the EPC contractor includingpunch out, clearance and handover.
  • Interfacewith Engineering support personnel on technicalmatters.
  • Conduct individual equipment noisesurveys.
  • Review and acceptance of OperationalTest Procedures.
  • Review of specific methodstatements / procedures.
  • Review of isolationregisters during commissioning phase.
  • Witnesschemical cleaning or flushingoperations
  • Witness purgingoperations
  • Witness EPC contractor activitiesduring process system dynamic commissioning utilising safefluids.
  • Witness vessels for internalinspection, isolations, air movers & temporarylighting.
  • Carry process first fill &top up of process systems.
  • Assist with Changeout of commissioning & start up filters &strainers.
  • Review and approve Nitrogen/HeliumSensitive Leak test packs.
  • Co-ordinate anddirect technicians and ADNOC operations technicians to progressCommissioning activities in line with Project Planning Prioritiesand Commissioning Procedures.
