About theOpportunity:

Our client isseeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Agriculture Engineerto join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role inoverseeing the agricultural aspects of 20 large properties ensuringsustainable and profitable farming practices. Leveraging yourindepth knowledge of agricultural engineering principles you willlead the development and implementation of comprehensive landmanagement plans maximizing productivity and efficiency acrosstheir holdings.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Leadthe development and implementation of land management plans for 20large properties focusing on optimizing agricultural production.(Here youll collaborate with our Landscape Architect to ensure theplans consider both agricultural needs and aesthetic landscapinggoals.)
  • Conductfeasibility studies and soil analysis to determine optimal cropselection and planting strategies.
  • Design and oversee the implementation ofefficient irrigation systems for all properties. (While the designmight involve collaboration with a Landscape Architect yourexpertise in agricultural water management will becrucial.)
  • Develop andimplement sustainable agricultural practices including pest controlcrop rotation and soil conservation methods.
  • Manage agricultural equipment and machineryensuring proper maintenance and efficientutilization.
  • Analyzeagricultural data and identify opportunities for improvement inyield resource use and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with the Landscape Architect andother team members including Agricultural Consultants brought infor specific projects to ensure cohesive land managementstrategies.
  • Oversee ateam of agricultural workers providing training and guidance toensure successful implementation of plans.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest advancements inagricultural technology and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevantagricultural regulations and environmentalstandards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Agricultural Engineering ora closely related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as anAgricultural Engineer in a largescale farmingoperation.
  • Proven trackrecord of success in developing and implementing sustainableagricultural practices.
  • Indepth knowledge of soil science irrigationsystems crop production techniques and agriculturalequipment.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal andleadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (WordExcel PowerPoint) and relevant agricultural software (ifapplicable).
  • A valid UAEdrivers license (preferred).
  • Strong work ethic attention to detail and aresultsoriented mindset.

Work Location: Dubai UAE.

Salary: AED 8000up to AED 12000.
