About the opportunity


This role will involve managingVendor operations and new vendor onboarding across the country. Thevendor operations specialist will take ownership of improvingservice levels by measuring compliance finding performance gaps andtaking actions to improve performance. The role will be responsiblefor the overall vendor operations management andimprovement.

  • Manage dayto day vendor operations tasks and keep ownership of supportingback office tools while delivering on agreedKPIs

  • Define and executesteps to achieve performance improvement managing the workflow in aend to end manner

  • Improvevendor training quality introduce new trainingmodules

  • Schedulingassigning and carrying out training with restaurant partnerstroubleshooting and technical support

  • Developing action plans with the departmentmanager to address weak areas in need ofimprovement

  • Work alongsideregional logistics and country sales teams on actions andactivities to drive vendor operations forward

  • Reporting and monitoring of KPIs andperformance SLAs

  • Drive keyprojects through end to end project management for operationalimprovement across vendor onboarding and performanceareas

  • Be handson withrelated back office tools and make necessary adjustments based onbusiness needs.

  • Manage ateam of operations coordinators and ensure the best output for theoperations and onboarding function

  • Strong communication skills both written andverbal

  • Experience indealing with crosscultural team members and crossfunctionalteams

  • Gsuite and MS Officesuite skills and Data Interpretation Skills

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity work underpressure and handle stress

  • A motivated team player and supports Vendor operation functionoverall objectives by going the extra mile

  • Knowledgeable in operations andperformancerelated tasks

  • 34 years experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery techindustry
