Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive processworkflows spanning diverse business operations, with a particularfocus on NetSuite implementation andoptimization.
  • Analyze complex businessrequirements, translating them into precise and actionabledocumentation within defined timeframes, addressing moderate tohighly intricate issues across all affected elements, specificallywithin the NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Engage incollaborative efforts with business stakeholders, IT professionals,and relevant parties to devise strategies and roadmap softwareenhancements, along with selecting enterprise software solutions,emphasizing NetSuite's role.
  • Spearheadoptimization and continuous improvement initiatives withinNetSuite, working closely with subject matter experts and keyleaders within business units.
  • Conduct thoroughprocess reviews within the context of NetSuite to pinpointopportunities for streamlining andenhancement.
  • Execute testing procedures forvarious business applications, with a primary focus on NetSuitefunctionality, encompassing System Integration Testing (SIT) andUser Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide usertraining on NetSuite applications, ensuring adherence to policies,procedures, and industry bestpractices.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence andReporting Tools within NetSuite to generate alert reports,highlighting data value discrepancies and proceduralissues.
  • Offer dedicated support for NetSuitesystems, maintaining system configuration, setup, and applicationas needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree inInformation Systems, Business Administration, or related field, orequivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrableexperience in overseeing the design, development, andimplementation of NetSuite environments; familiarity with WarehouseManagement Systems (WMS) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) isadvantageous.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite isessential.
  • Strong collaborative skills, able tolead and facilitate communication, with a specific focus onNetSuite-related projects.
  • Expertise inanalyzing and translating business requirements into high-quality,actionable documentation within specified timeframes, resolvingcomplex issues within the NetSuite ecosystem with consideration forall affected components.
  • Ability to generatelifecycle documents, such as Business Workflow Diagrams, BusinessUse Cases, User Stories, and User Interface Design Documents,specifically tailored to document NetSuite functional requirements,workflows, and solutions.
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,Visio).
  • Agile in transitioning between varioussubject matters to address the needs of different business units,with a dedicated emphasis on NetSuiteproficiency.
