Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic IB Coordinator to join our dedicated team from August 2025 .

This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about IB education and is eager to contribute to the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model and encourage a culture of kindness.
  2. Administer all aspects of the IBDP program, including:
  3. Maintain complete records of IB publications.
  4. Ensure that administrative procedures are carried out correctly and that deadlines are kept according to IBO instructions.
  5. Keep copies of all correspondence with IBO including forms, documents, and reports.
  6. Coordinate all IB activities at the school.
  7. Liaise with those responsible for the timetable to ensure that the requirements of the IB are complied with in the timetable.
  8. Notify the accounts department of IB payments due, where applicable.
  9. Keep the Head of the school consistently informed of IB developments.
  10. Serve as liaison between administration, staff, students, parents, and the IBO, handling all relevant communication with the different IB offices.
  11. Be familiar with all IB procedures as listed in the Handbook.
  12. Contribute to the marketing of the program within and outside the school.
  13. Communicate with parents and students.
  14. Ensure student success within the program.
  15. Support teachers.
  16. Supervise the administration of IB assessments.
  17. Manage the resources of the program.
  18. Teach a load of two courses.
