We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our team and work with our New Business Development department to oversee our organization's expenses.

B2B Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Find and build good relationships with new B2B customers and projects.
  • Participate in home appliance bidding and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop product line and pricing plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strong, long-term relationships with B2B customers and projects.
  • Promote the company's brand and products to customers, including engagement with both corporate clients and government entities.
  • Participate in home appliance bidding processes and secure contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage customer orders to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
  • Develop and implement product line plans, including pricing strategies.
  • Strategically plan and manage the B2B product line to align with current market demands and trends.

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • Over 5 years of B2B business working experience.
  • Experience in home appliances or the home industry preferred.
  • Strong relationships with property development companies, construction companies, and government-related departments.

Degree and Language

  • English as a working language; Arabic is a plus.
  • Good work commitment and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills.
