Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies for brand growth. Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment. Oversee all company social media accounts and strategize content schedules. Analyze web traffic metrics and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly. Lead a team of digital marketers toward achieving strategic goals and objectives. Collaborate with product and sales teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns. Regularly conduct research on market trends and competitors' strategies. Enhance website SEO to increase organic search traffic and visibility. Produce engaging and data-driven reports on campaign performance metrics. Organize online promotional events to boost product visibility and engagement. Maintain partnerships with external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables. Implement email marketing strategies to improve customer retention and engagement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Online Marketing Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and technologies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects. Proficiency with web analytics and marketing automation software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse platforms. Ability to analyze data effectively and make strategic decisions based on insights.
