Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Cloud Automation Professional to join our team. Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain Cloud infrastructure automation solutions that align with our Digital Cloud strategy. Demonstrate expertise in Cloud DevOps development and remain up-to-date with the latest Cloud native technologies. Foster a secure and compliant Cloud environment by collaborating with our Risk and Security teams. Monitor and optimize configuration management platform layout and hosting infrastructure. Automate deployment of applications and infrastructure using industry-standard tools. Provide top-notch technical application support for enterprise-level systems. Implement infrastructure with Chef, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub CI/CD, and Kubernetes. Participate in Capacity planning, system performance monitoring, resource utilization trending, incident, and change management. Collaborate with Cloud infrastructure partners for Server, Network, Database service-related incidents and projects. Deploy application upgrades/patches in production and test environments ensuring seamless transitions. Analyze and troubleshoot application alerts from Azure and AWS Policy using monitoring tools and code inspection, and perform RCAs. Create tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles for our customer community and knowledgebase. Work on complex customer problems spanning multiple services. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and collaborate with global teams. Offer mentorship and guidance to team members. Key Requirements Strong background in Cloud infrastructure automation and DevOps practices. Expertise in Cloud native technologies and industry-standard tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
