About The Role We are looking for an Account Manager who will effectively manage, retain, and build long‑term mutually beneficial relationships between clients and Edenred UAE. The role elevates the client experience with trust, structure, and confidence, cross‑sell additional products, handle escalations and pricing negotiations, and serve as the voice of the customer to enhance the journey. Position Scope Manage and own all allocated clients within your portfolio. Fully onboard new clients (face‑to‑face or Teams) to process salaries in a timely manner. Own and manage the entire relationship, including KYB and KYC collection. Retain all clients to the best of your abilities. Generate additional revenue streams (App registrations, sister companies, non‑C3, and medical insurance products). Handle escalations and pricing negotiations. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are understood, satisfied, and services are delivered on time. Improve the overall customer experience. Identify additional products and solutions that could generate additional revenue. Key Responsibilities Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross‑selling. Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers. Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with accounts. Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion. Communicate client needs and demands to the employer company. Forecast and track client account metrics. Manage projects within client relationships to achieve client and company goals. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients. Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service. Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients. Serve multiple clients concurrently while meeting deadlines. Keep records of client transactions. Demonstrate strong self‑starter attitude, quick learning, quality consciousness, and commitment to deadlines. Show strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Work with in‑house departments to support and improve the customer journey and transform products and services through new technology. Collaborate with other business areas, acting as the voice of the customer. Fully understand the sales process and customer retention know‑how. React quickly to market and technical changes. Required Skills & Profile Face‑to‑face client meeting experience. Experience delivering client‑focused solutions with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presenting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales experience (B2B/relationship management). Car and driver’s license. Ability to communicate client needs with staff. Talent for influencing client management. Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
