  • Manage and coordinate the overallBIM Implementation within the Building Services Discipline team andsupport the multidisciplinary projectsdelivery.
  • Ensuring successful Client liaison byacting as Point of Contact within the Building Services Team toanalyze the BIM related client requirements and implement BIMExecution Plan for BIM deliverables production and BIM processmanagement throughout project lifecycle in collaboration with themulti-disciplinary projects BIM Lead.
  • Act as akey role contributor in the organization’s BIMadvancement and upgrade plan within building ServicesTeam
  • Lead the implementation of the BIMStandards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during designlifecycle.
  • Take responsibility in planningBuilding Services discipline project BIM deliverables and managingtheir effective delivery in accordance with the project plan andBIM Execution Plan.
  • Leading and/or assist inthe creation of BIM deliverables, Clash Detection Processes andReports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design ReviewProcedures.
  • Configure and maintain the projectCommon Data Environment to enable the effective management ofengineering design deliverables.
  • Managing theprojects BIM Coordinator(s) and BIM / CAD technicians includinginput to Quality Assurance and Quality Control of models anddrawings and other related BIMdeliverables.
  • Coordinate BIM issues with designteams and support the resolution actions and monitor theirimplementation into the BIM authoringenvironment.
  • Manage the Spatial DesignCoordination process within Building Services team and ensure theclash avoidance, detection, analysis and mitigation are wellreported.
  • Monitoring and guiding the modelutilization, health check and maintenance process for futurehanding over to Design 3rd parties or constructionTeam.
    Identify and detect in collaboration with themulti-disciplinary projects BIM Lead any potential opportunity/riskfor the Project or the Team.
  • Integrate leadingedge BIM applications including Scheduling, Cost, Asset Management,and O&M programs into the BIMmodels.
  • Reporting the project’sBuilding Services delivery BIM status to the Project Managementteam covering but not limited to: BIM Issue tracking, Audit Reportsfrom Native BIM solutions, Clash Analysis status, progress andcompleted tasks against upcoming projectssubmissions.
  • Assist in the upskilling ofexisting CAD/BIM, Engineering & Project Managementstaff.
  • Support the assessment and evaluation ofnew resources as part of Building Services team expansionplan.
  • Lead the resource management and tasksassignment within the BIM Authoring and CoordinationTeam
  • Provide technical support andtroubleshooting for escalated software functionalityissues
  • Support interoperability of BIMauthoring and coordination tools with Building Services DesignAnalysis tools
  • Support Automation process andhighlight aspects and areas of productivity and qualityoptimization
