Chief Analyst - Corporate Quality Assurance Join to apply for the Chief Analyst - Corporate Quality Assurance role at Dubai Careers - A Smart Dubai Initiative JOB PURPOSE Planning, developing, and analyzing the Authority's quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and best available quality practices. Monitoring and verifying the implementation of the system across the Authority's institutions, sectors, and affiliated organizational units, analyzing audit outcomes, and submitting related reports, while actively contributing to continuous improvement. Key Results Accountabilities Support the planning and preparation processes for implementing the administrative review at the Authority level and preparing the final report. Implement internal quality audits in accordance with documented procedures and processes in a professional and impartial manner, achieving the specified outcomes and added value from the audit. Prepare annual external audit plans. Manage the external audit contract and implement external audits of administrative system specifications and outputs in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Conduct planned and unplanned field visits to Authority sites to assess compliance with the standards and requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and submit related reports. Perform all other duties and responsibilities related to the job, as assigned and directed by the direct manager. Prepare content to disseminate quality-related messages and raise awareness among employees, such as internal newsletters and emails. Support institutions and sectors in planning, developing, and analyzing quality system data and related processes with the aim of improving outcomes, efficiency, and effectiveness. Plan and implement quality assurance processes, analyze and study data outputs and continuous improvement outcomes, and submit related reports. Review and approve corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation through the smart quality audit system. Analyze quality audit output data to support continuous improvement. Submit analytical reports on quality audits and other periodic reports as required. Analyze external audit output data against administrative specifications to support continuous improvement. Prepare, implement, and follow up on the annual quality audit plan in coordination with stakeholders within the assigned institution/sector, and propose specialized quality audit themes. Implement, monitor, and analyze the Authority's quality management system, its continuous improvement processes and outcomes, and submit related reports. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university. A certified professional certification in ISO 9001 quality auditing or engineering project management. At least 5 years of experience in the field.
