jobBrief The incumbent will be responsible topromote products and services to customers discover and pursue newsales prospects negotiate contracts and maintain customersatisfaction with the aim of maximizing profits.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Policies &Procedures:

  • Adhere to allZahrawi Policies & Procedures asapplicable.

MarketResearch:

  • Conducting marketresearch to identify new potentialcustomers.
  • Analyzing market trends to identifynew products in the market and understanding their advantages anddisadvantages.
  • Planning and assisting with newproduct releases and events.
  • Maintainingtechnical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewingprofessional publications establishing personal networksbenchmarking stateoftheart practices and participating inprofessionalsocieties.

BusinessDevelopment:

  • Establishingcontact with new customers to inform them of our productsunderstanding their need and how we can helpthem.
  • Providing potential customers withsupport information and guidance by performing productdemonstrations to them and gathering theirfeedback.
  • Following up with the new customersafter the demo session to negotiate contracts andpackages.
  • Ensuring all details of the contractare compliant with our rules &regulations.
  • Following up with the Procurement& Logistics team with regards to sending them the productsand ensuring that it reaches them ontime.

Marketing:

  • Coordinatingwith the Marketing Department for any new materials that need to bedone.

Sales:

  • Maintainingrelationships with existing customers by providing them withsupport information and guidance.
  • Recommendingnew products to existing customers as per their need and providingthem with support information and guidance to ensure a greatrelationship with them.
  • Providing existingcustomers with support information and guidance by performingproduct demonstrations to them and gathering theirfeedback.
  • Assisting the customers in answeringall productrelated questions in a professional and timelymanner.
  • Recommending new service improvementsto further build on the relationship.
  • Advisinghelpful new product recommendations and suggestions to customers toincrease revenue.
  • Negotiating contracts andpackages with existing customers.
  • Maintainingquality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawistandards.
  • Contributing to the team effort byachieving the annual target set by the management and assisting theteam when needed.

DataTracking:

  • Preparing reportsby collecting analyzing and summarizing information and maintainingaccurate records of all productssold.

Orders:

  • Placingorders to the concerned purchasecoordinator.

Invoicing:

  • Coordinatingwith the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing of theproducts and following up with them with regards to thecollection/payment.

Delivery:

  • Coordinatewith the warehouse for the timelydeliveries.

Application:

  • Conductingtraining session to customers.
  • Assisting thecustomers with the equipment that is beingused.
  • Running validation tests with thecustomers to ensure that they fully understand how to use theequipment.
  • Solving any issues that they mightbe facing while using theequipment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory or a relatedfield.
  • Experience: 2 yearsexperience in Histology & Cytology. Background in histology& cytology lab and sales experience ispreferred.
  • Job Skills: Goodpresentation skills & Negotiation skills Good Englishlanguage. Client Relationship BuildingSkills.
  • Additional details:Candidates should be based in UAE and willing to move to companyvisa.
