We are seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Learning and DevelopmentSpecialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidatewill possess a passion for continuous learning and developmentstrong communication skills and the ability to design and delivereffective training programs.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning anddevelopment strategies that align with the companys goals andobjectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis toidentify skill gaps and training needs for employees at alllevels.
  • Design and deliver creative andengaging training programs both in person and online to enhanceemployees skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to identify subject matter experts andutilize their expertise in the development of trainingmaterials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness oftraining programs and make necessary improvements to ensure maximumimpact.
  • Manage and maintain the LearningManagement System (LMS) to track and record employees training anddevelopment activities.
  • Stay updated on thelatest trends and best practices in learning and development tocontinuously improve the trainingprograms.
  • Partner with the talent acquisitionteam to develop and implement onboarding and orientation programsfor new employees.
  • Provide coaching and supportto employees to enhance their performance and careerdevelopment.
  • Assist in the development andimplementation of policies and procedures related to learning anddevelopment.
  • Collaborate with external trainingproviders to deliver specialized training programs whenneeded.

Qualifications andSkills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesTraining and Development or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in asimilar role preferably in the real estateindustry.
  • Proven track record in designing anddelivering effective trainingprograms.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding oflearning and development principles and bestpractices.
  • Familiarity with learning managementsystems and elearning platforms.
  • Ability towork independently and collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Strong project management skills and theability to handle multiple tasks anddeadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and experience with training software andtools.
  • Certification in training anddevelopment is a plus.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in HRPsychology or a related discipline.
  • At least 5years of work experience in HR with a minimum of 3 years inLearning & Development.
  • Experience inleading organizations preferably in the Real Estate or Propertysector in UAE/GCC.
  • Experience in SuccessionPlanning and PerformanceManagement.
