KeyResponsibilities:

Develop andimplement strategies to increase productivity and profitability ofthe farm

Manage and supervise a team of farmworkers providing guidance and training asneeded

Ensure proper care and maintenance ofcrops livestock and farm equipment

Monitor andanalyze crop yields production costs and market trends to makeinformed decisions

Collaborate with otherdepartments to plan and execute farm activities such as plantingharvesting and irrigation

Maintain accuraterecords of farm operations including inventory expenses andsales

Ensure compliance with all safety andenvironmental regulations

Develop and maintainrelationships with suppliers buyers and otherstakeholders

Stay updated on new technologiesand techniques in agriculture to improve efficiency andproductivity

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Agriculture Agronomy or relatedfield

Minimum of1015 years of experience in a managerial role inagriculture

Extensive knowledge of cropproduction livestock management and farmoperations

Strong leadership and communicationskills

Ability to work in a fastpaced andphysically demanding environment

Proficient inMS Office and other relevant software

Knowledgeof local and international agricultural markets is aplus

Fluency in English both written andspoken
