3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Summary Job Description: The Plant Engineer - Asphalt Section is responsible for overseeing and motivating the team involved in providing high‑quality service, repairs, and maintenance for equipment in the wet mix & asphalt plants. They will ensure normal operations to achieve targets as per guidelines from the Chief Plant Engineer or Section Head. Job Responsibility Supervise and motivate the team in delivering high‑quality service, repairs, and maintenance for equipment in the wet mix & asphalt plants. Ensure normal operations to achieve targets based on daily breakdowns and troubleshooting, following guidelines from the Chief Plant Engineer/Section Head. Conduct maintenance and repair activities for wet mix & asphalt plants and related ancillary equipment like compressors and generators. Candidate Requirements Degree in Engineering or relevant field. Previous experience in maintenance and repair of asphalt plants. Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the team effectively. Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address daily breakdowns promptly. Knowledge of maintenance practices for compressors and generators would be advantageous.
