The program is also designed to build essential capabilities to meet the future needs of these sectors, emphasizing ongoing upskilling and reskilling to introduce new skill sets into the local job market.ResponsibilitiesGraduates of NAWRUS Program will emerge job-ready, equipped with the tools to contribute effectively to operational environments with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.By the end of the program, participants would gain the opportunity to:Demonstrate core competencies in all aspects of operational work within AD Ports Group.Acquire and apply knowledge relevant to their target roles and demonstrate both technical and behavioral competencies by meeting the program's success criteria.QualificationsHigh school certificate or below.Male candidates aged 25–30.Completion of National Service.Physical fitness suitable for operational and technical roles.Ready and motivated to train and work in operational and technical positions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
