Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms,equipment setup, and creation of presentations and preparingmeetingmaterials
Pull reports and information from Ecolabsystems
Calendar management across timezones
Managefinancial administrative tasks related to corporate card use andexpenses and manage accurate processing of departmentalinvoices
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements includingprocessing of visas for internationaltravel
Provide support with HR related items including hiring,on-boarding, promotions & transfers, terminations, talentplanning, salary adjustments, tracking of recruitment activities,etc.
Compileand edit presentation details from multiple people and sources;Distribute reports tostakeholders
Prepare and maintain agendas, action item lists, issues lists andprogram plans; Escalate issuespromptly
Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow andprioritization
Ensure that internal and external client demands aremet
Requirements
MinimumQualifications
High School Diploma orequivalent
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel,PPT)

PreferredQualifications
Bachelor sdegree
1year of administrativeexperience
Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities tomeetdeadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strongcustomer servicefocus
Organizational skills and attention todetail
Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful, and use sound judgmentand tact
