We are looking for an ambitiousand talented Female Admin & Sales Assistant to join ourteam for Dubai Office. The ideal candidate should be an experiencedwell organized and proactive Sales & Business Developmentprofessional with the objective to win new clients by providingpremium consultingservices.


KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Convertleads generated through various marketing platforms into realizedbusiness.
  2. Conductvirtual meetings with potential clients to develop an understandingof their businesses and consult them through the entire process ofsetting up a business in theUAE.
  3. Understandand educate clients on Bestax s product offerings and local lawsrelated to different business setupprocesses.
  4. Presentrecommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities andadvantages of starting a business in different zones in theUAE.
  5. Carryout research to understand the nature of the business the clientintends to start and its implications in different zones in theUAE.
  6. Liaisewith internal teams to keep the client informed on progress andensure propercommunication.
  7. Liaisewith licensing authorities to ensure seamless companysetup.
  8. Coordinatewith bankers for the opening of bank accounts and other relatedservices.
  9. Prepareand present sales reports tomanagement.
  10. Ensurethat accurate documentation is submitted in a timelymanner.
  11. Upselland crosssell to deliver added value to clients and promoteproducts andservices.


Requirements
  1. Minimumof 1 years of experience with sales acumen and businessdevelopment.
  2. Proactiveconfident quickthinking and a gogetter with a track record ofgeneratingbusiness.
  3. Presentablewith excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuildingskills.
  4. Proficiencyin English; knowledge of additional languages is aplus.
  5. Highattention to detail and ability to manage documents anddatabases.
  6. Integritydependability accountability and workethic.
