  • Follow all safetyprocedures and guidelines
  • Communicateeffectively with team members andsupervisors
  • Meet daily productiontargets
  • Participate in training and developmentprograms as required

Requirements

  • Physically fit and able to work in afast-paced environment
  • Ability to work outdoorsin various weather conditions
  • Attention todetail and the ability to work with speed andprecision
  • Good hand-eyecoordination
  • Ability to lift up to50lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekendsif needed
  • Previous experience in fruit pickingor agricultural work is anasset
