We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Art Director to join our fast-paced marketing agency specializing in automotive brands, premium events, and dynamic social media content. The ideal candidate will bring strong visual direction, leadership skills, and the ability to transform brand objectives into compelling creative experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the Creative Team: Oversee designers, copywriters, and content creators, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines. Creative Direction & Vision: Develop innovative concepts for automotive campaigns, event branding, digital content, and social media visuals. Bring fresh perspectives that elevate brand storytelling and market presence. Project Oversight: Manage the full creative lifecycle—from ideation and mood boarding to execution and delivery. Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, event teams, and production units to translate briefs into impactful visual strategies. Problem Solving: Identify creative or workflow challenges early and propose effective solutions to keep projects on track. Team Development: Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and encourage a culture of creativity, learning, and innovation. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, present creative concepts, and ensure client visions are accurately translated into final outputs. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a creative or art direction role within a marketing or events environment (automotive industry experience is strongly preferred). Strong communication skills, with language skills in Arabic and English. Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, event branding, and digital creative work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard design tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines. Creative thinker with strong strategic insight and problem-solving abilities.
