Requirementfor Role: Senior BA with ProjectManagement skills knowhow of process automation analyticalcapabilities understanding of 3rd party APIs and theirworking.

DetailedRole:

  • Ability to develop and maintain project plansschedules and budgets and track progress against establishedmilestones and deliverables
  • Experience inconducting stakeholder analysis and developing stakeholdermanagement plans to ensure effective communication and engagementthroughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability toconduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans tominimize the impact of potential risks on project outcomes.
  • Should be exceptional in stakeholdermanagement from ExCo level in Compliance Legal Business/ Technologyand Squad Leads
  • Structure and organizedapproach in addressing a solution analysis tracking actions &managing dependencies across multiple stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Agile Waysof Working and experience in Atlassian Jira writing user storiesprocess maps
  • Understand on integration with3rd party APIs (application programming interfaces) (e.g. creditscoring)
  • Understand onboarding processes i.e.identity verification KYC (Know Your Customer) screening crediteligibility etc.
  • Experience in usingcollaboration tools such as Atlassian Confluence MS SharePoint andMS Teams to facilitate communication and collaboration among teammembers

  • Bachelor Science TechnologyEngineering or Mathematics (STEM) (ideally masters level)

Knowledge& Experience:

810yearsexperience in full customer lifecycle:

  • Strong experience in requirementsgathering analysis and structuring to align with businessobjectives and technical deliverables (Business RequirementsDocument and Technical Requirements Document)
  • Experience in implementing key projects/consumer banking products end to end from mobile banking app (frontend) to workflow & core systems (back end)
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes i.e.identity verification KYC screening credit eligibility etc.
  • Understanding of key regulatory requirementsof Risk and Fraud from the UAE (United Arab Emirates) Central Bank
  • Knowledge of core systems in the bankinglandscape; should have a tenacity to go into the detail ofanalyzing performance of APIs/ Capabilities/ Business Processesetc.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in theproduct management; preferable from the UAE market
