WSP Middle East are currently looking for an experienced andvisionary individual for the role of AI & Innovation Leaderresponsible for shaping and executing the digital strategy anddriving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovation initiativesacross the organization.

The AI &Innovation Leader is accountable for driving AI and innovationacross the business liaising with corporate governance EnterpriseIT and the Digital Strategy Group to drive competitiveadvantage internally and heighted valueexternally to our clients.

He / Sheis expected to DriveEvangelise and Educate thesafe and applied adoption of AI across the Middle East Business anddevelop and build an innovation framework and community across theorganization whilst aligning and leveraging globalprocesses.

A key success factor will be toleverage existing partner networks skills and experiences and havean outwardin focus. He / she will therefore be a born networkercapable of communicating at all levels of the organization and toexternal organizations / partners / vendors. He / shemust bring a consultancy background with thembut uniquely also have driven and delivered recognizable value totheir previous organizations in AI and Innovation with an eye onpotential unicorns of the future.

Thisis not a role for a technical AI specialistrole.

• Work with theHead of Digital Middle East to develop and communicate the GlobalDigital Strategy and Middle East Digital Strategy including thedevelopment of a Digital Capability Improvement Roadmap alignedwith the Middle East Business Strategy.
• Workacross the Business Units and BU Digital leads to help identifyinternal digital capability gaps and develop (with the Head ofDigital) a longterm model to deliver the Middle East DigitalStrategy.
• Collaborate with Key internalstakeholders globally and the Middle East Executive Team to alignand prioritise digital opportunities that drive improved customeracquisition business growth and revenue growthopportunities.
• Take ownership for theidentification and evaluation of emerging digital technologies(including AI) and trends that can enhance the companys digitalservices offerings and platforms.
• Working withthe Head of Digital and Global AI Committee develop an AI Strategyutilising key components objectives and deliverablesbelow.
  Work in support of the Head of Digital and takeownership for Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the MiddleEast Organisation.
• Work with the Global AICommittee to develop a practical riskbased AI execution frameworkthat looks to coordinate existing AI initiatives tools andtechnologies and implement an agile way of working that leveragespotential opportunities in a transparent and visiblemanner.
• Develop and communicate an AIframework and process that offers colleagues the requiredinformation to safely investigate potential AI opportunities withintheir Business Unit.
• Be the Principal AIthought leader for the Middle East Business continually identifyingthe latest AI models that can be leveraged within the business andwork with BU Digital leads to ensure all BUs are current with thelatest AI thinking.
• Communicate the safeadoption and use of AI to the wider business community includingthe benefits and risks and help drive digital and AI upskillingacross the business through regular communications learningsessions skills development and 3rd party partnerintroductions.
• Develop and implement a crossfunctional AI working group that enables the free flow of ideationand identification of potential AI opportunities that can be usedacross the business developing a potential pipeline of AI enablersthat can help drive improved client delivery and revenuegeneration.
• Be the principal AI / Innovationpartnership lead identifying onboarding and working with key 3rdparty AI companies that can help drive increased AI and innovationacross the middle east business that drives improved businesscapability competitive advantage with our clients and improvedrevenue opportunities.
• Help HR drive internalcapability development of AI across the business recommendingpartners that can help permeate knowledge development and drive aculture of Digital &; AI across the business.
• Using internal AI tools (e.g. copilot) work with BUdigital leads and respective business units to developcrossfunctional use cases and Proof of Concepts (POCs) foroperational improvement and capability enhancement.
• Implement POCs (working with BU Digital leads) thatdelivers demonstrable business benefit via the adoption andapplication of agreed AI tools.
• Working withHead of Digital and technical teams recommend technicalarchitecture that enables the safe dissemination of data that canbe leveraged by the business units in exploring potential AIopportunities.
• Working with key regionaleducational establishments drive events that develop a digitaltalent pipeline that can deliver insights into the technologies oftomorrow and ensures the business is future ready.

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems Business Administration orrelated field.
• AI / Innovation leaderwith 20 years of digital technology partnershipconsulting & implementation experience.
• Ability to write and express ideas clearly inEnglish.
• Proven decision making through impactanalysis critical thinking and structured problemresolution.
• Be comfortable with ambiguity andprepared to work in an agile flexible method.
• Thrive on change and engender a collaborativeapproach.
• Proven experience (20 years) indriving technology partnership across the Consultancy Digital andAI sector.
• Proven and demonstrable Indepthknowledge of LLM AI and new technologies and innovation frameworksthat deliver tangible business value rapidly and in an agilemanner.
• Experience in managing vendors and keyimplementation partners in the delivery of AI and digitalsolutions.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to translate businessstrategy into potential digital solutions and services that driveimproved client delivery and revenue enhancementopportunities.
