We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and trading strategies. This role requires quick decision-making, market analysis, and execution of trades to optimize portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute trades across asset classes: equities, FX, commodities, derivatives, etc. in line with the company's strategy.
  2. Monitor market trends, economic news, and trading signals to identify profitable opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize returns and manage risk effectively.
  4. Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to support trading decisions.
  5. Work closely with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to trading regulations.
  6. Maintain and improve trading models, algorithms, and tools.
  7. Prepare reports on market activity, trading performance, and investment strategies.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or relevant certification is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in trading financial instruments within specified market, e.g., equities, fixed income, forex.
  3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in trading platforms and tools.
  4. Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and risk management skills.
