Our cyber security team are looking for adynamic and experienced Senior Security Assurance Analyst to jointheir team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be expected to develop implement lead and continuously improve the securityverification and testing processes consisting of but not limited torisk assessments compliance reviews vulnerability assessments andpenetration tests based on industry best practices and as definedby the assurance. In addition to that they will collaborate withthe team in developing the assurance program on an ongoing basis toincorporate industry best practices offensive and defensive attacktechniques.

What you dobring:

  • RepresentCybersecurity assurance capabilities within the agile process aswell as drive Cybersecurity best practices across the EmiratesGroup by executing indepth automated and manual discovery ofsecurity vulnerabilities in web applications mobile applicationsweb services and client server application and associatedinfrastructure
  • Researchrecommend and implement formal methodologies and tools forconducting technical Cyber security risk assessments reviews andinvestigations. Perform impact analysis to achieve thesecuritybydesign objective.
  • Monitor and continuouslyreview the Emirates systems on an ongoing basis in compliance withthe Emirates Groups Cybersecurity Policies Principles andStandards. Initiate corrective actions in the event of anyviolations to aid effective riskbased decision making supportedwith data.
  • Plan andschedule regular vulnerability assessments penetration teststechnical risk assessments and compliance reviews on the Groups KeyIT infrastructure components and applications based on thecriticality and perceived risk of the applications/services.
  • Ensure all the identifiedsecurity weaknesses and risks are managed through their life cyclevia product backlogs to ensure developments teams have a clearprioritization or can triage issues on a timely basis by providingknowledge transfer to the agile teams using meetings walkthroughstechnical discussions etc.
  • Develop documentation anda knowledge base to be used by developers for implementing Securecoding practices & provide recommendations for missingapplication & infrastructure security controls tofacilitate securebydesign culture.
  • Provide necessaryknowledge transfer of the vulnerabilities found during theassessments to the software engineering teams by means of meetingswalkthroughs technical discussions etc. for implementingappropriate security fixes.
  • Collaborate withdevelopment teams on improving security by offering design reviewsthreat modelling awareness training new tooling and expert review
  • Create tools scriptautomation to make the vulnerability discovery and vulnerabilitymanagement process more consistent repeatable and increaseefficiency.


Qualifications& Experience: What you will bring:

Degree in IT or equivalent.

An information security related industryrecognised certification such as CISSP CISA CISM GIAC certificationCEH etc.

Knowledge/skills: (Secure SDLC)

  • Strong fundamentals of OSNetwork and Programming Concepts
  • Deeptechnical knowledge of OWASP TOP 10 issues for both application& mobile
  • Deep technical knowledge ofnetwork and infrastructure security testing
  • Technical aptitude to test web services APIsbusiness logic issues cloud specific issues etc.
  • Develop high quality proof of concepts forvulnerabilities identified
  • Adaptive to newerattack vectors & technologies and its applicability
  • Proficient in using & implementingopen source and commercial tools for application mobile &thick client security testing
  • Experience inreviewing source code for varied programming languages
  • Experience building tools and automation todiscover vulnerabilities at scale
  • Deeptechnical knowledge of browser security controls such SOP CSP XFOHSTS etc.
  • Knowledge of reviewing mobile& webbased security design implementation & review.
  • Knowledge of industry standard authenticationand authorization mechanism Dockers Kubernetes
  • Certifications:
    • OffensiveSecurity Certified Professional (OSCP) Preferred
    • GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester(GWAPT) Preferred
    • Certified InformationSystems Security Professional (CISSP) Preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal& communicationskill
