  • Provideleadership and guidance to project teams ensuring clarity of goalsroles and responsibilities to facilitate successful projectoutcomes.
  • Drivecontinuous improvement in project management practicesmethodologies and tools to enhance project efficiency andeffectiveness.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology BusinessAdministration or related field; Masters degreepreferred.
  • Proventrack record of successfully managing largescale digitaltransformation programs particularly within the governmentsector.
  • Strongproject management skills with experience in planning execution andmonitoring of complexprojects.
  • Indepthknowledge of digital applications and technologies with a focus oninternet intranet and operationalnetworks.
  • Experiencein preparing comprehensive project documentation including projectplans status reports and riskassessments.
  • Fluentin Arabic with preference given to UAEnationals


Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors andauxiliaries including associated international codes such as APIand ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatorycompliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonalskills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional CertificationsCertified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance& Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the AmericanNational Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineeraccording to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II(Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube AnalysisCertification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA)(Category III preferred).
